- We operate 3 different planers/moulders, a rip saw, and 2 bandsaws which allow us to customize a variety of cedar or other materials for decking.
- If you have a piece of deck wood or other cedar sample that you wish to replicate, bring it in and we will match it!
- We frequently match custom handrail patterns to give your deck a unique look.

CEDAR DECKING
- We offer both tight knot and clear CEDAR decking materials in a variety of dimensions.
- Tight knot and clear cedar decks have been an excellent choice in decking material for years. The cedar has a beautiful appearance. Cedar is known for its weather resistant properties and if properly maintained will last for many years.
- We recommend and sell stainless steal nails or screws for application with cedar. Stainless steal prevents the tannins in cedar from interacting with other metals which results in the black streaks down the front of old fences.
- We stock 2 different species of exotic hardwood for decking - Ulin and Ipe.
- Ipe is the most common exotic hardwood. We stock Ipe in 5/4x4 and can special order other sizes for your posts, railings, and trim pieces.
- Ulin comes in a 1x4 and tends to be slightly darker than Ipe
- Both hardoods provide a surface that will last for a very long time.
- We also carry all the materials for your deck railing needs and stock cedar material for decorative arbors & trellis' to make all of your deck and garden areas beautiful.
